Each enrolled family member receives: One Office Visit. Enjoy affordable healthcare with predictable monthly healthcare costs as you receive evaluation and treatment for many common illnesses and medical concerns. Examples include: Cold & Flu Symptoms, Sinus Infections, Ear Infections, Sore Throat, Allergies, Skin Conditions, Minor Injuries, Urinary Tract Infections, Rashes, Medication Follow-up, Blood Pressure Checks, Diabetes Follow-up, and General Sick Visits, all delivered with a commitment to quality medical care.

During your visit, your provider may perform several tests to ensure you receive quality medical care. These tests can include: COVID-19 Testing, Influenza Testing, RSV Testing, Rapid Strep Testing, Urinalysis, Blood Glucose Testing, Hemoglobin A1C, Pregnancy Testing, and EKG. All testing is conducted only when deemed medically appropriate by your healthcare provider, ensuring that you have predictable monthly healthcare costs and access to affordable healthcare options.

Your membership also provides access to affordable healthcare, offering evaluation and treatment for many common injuries, including: Sprains, Strains, Minor Fractures (evaluation and stabilization), Laceration Repair, Minor Burns, Sports Injuries, Work-Related Injuries, Abscess Evaluation and Drainage, and Foreign Body Removal (when appropriate). One of the most popular features of our Family Care Plan is its flexibility. Instead of using your monthly office visit, you may opt to exchange it for an eligible IV infusion (additional fees apply). This allows you to personalize your affordable healthcare benefits based on your individual wellness goals, all while maintaining predictable monthly healthcare costs. Please note that some exclusions apply.

Our Family Care Plan is available whether you have health insurance or not. Many members select this plan because they are uninsured or have a high deductible, allowing them to access affordable healthcare.

What if I don't need an office visit this month?  

You may choose to exchange your monthly office visit for an eligible IV infusion.  

Are there any additional charges?  

Some services, medications, laboratory tests, imaging studies, procedures, or specialty treatments may require an additional fee. Whenever this occurs, we'll discuss the cost with you before treatment is provided.
